    Students Targeted for Educational Performance (STEP) is a county program that provides a school-based support structure for minority students in order to optimize academic achievement through encouragement, support, and guidance.

    Peer tutoring
    High School Articulation
    Harvest Dance
    Read Across America with Elementary schools
    Co-sponsor of Women in History Tea Party
    Can Tabs for Ronald McDonald House
    Community Service
