    SENIOR FEES: 

    • Senior fees cover the cost of the following: cap, gown, tassel, medallion, diploma cover, programs, venue, security, flowers, senior breakfast, senior t-shirt, and trophies presented at graduation. 

    • Senior fees are $160 until Tuesday, December 31st 

    • Senior fees will go up on January 1st to $170 

    • Senior fees need to be paid in full by Friday, February 27, 2026, to ensure your Cap & Gown will be delivered on time 

    • Students can set up a payment plan with Ms. Olivardia ($25 minimum down payment) 

    • Collection dates:  Starting October 1st. More information to come on where/ how to make payments.  

    • Senior fees must be paid in full in order to participate in any senior activities 

    • SENIOR FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE BETA OR PCCA DUES 

    • Cap and Gowns will not be distributed if students are not on track for Graduation

Portraits will be taken in the Grand Theater Lobby starting at 9:30am and ending at 5:30pm.  There is a $15 sitting fee. Cash, Check, or Credit Card. The sign-up link for retakes is now available.     GRAD BASH:  

    • Saturday, April 18th, 2025, at Universal Studios, Orlando, FL 

    • We will depart for Universal Studios on Saturday, April 18th, 2025, at 4:00 pm and return to school approximately 4:30 am on Sunday, April 19th, 2025. 

    • Tickets for Grad Bash will be on sale starting Wednesday, January 21, 2026 in room 4-204. 

    • IN ORDER TO ATTEND GRADBASH, YOU MUST HAVE NO LEVEL II DISCIPLINE REFERRALS AND HAVE AN ATTENDANCE RATE OF 80% OR HIGHER 

    • Senior Dues must be paid in full, BETA/PCCA dues must be paid in full, have no outstanding textbook/library/device obligations, you must be on-track, and the BLUE CLEARANCE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED before a ticket can be purchased  

    • Cost of tickets approximately $205, in Ms. Olivardia’s room 4-204. 

    • Tickets will be on sale until Monday, March 16th- NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE MADE.  

    • Once tickets are purchased from Universal, the money is non-refundable 

    • Cash (exact amount), checks and money orders accepted. 

    • Permission slips will be required, and all students must have parent/guardian signatures, even those who are 18 years of age.  You will not be permitted to board the bus if you do not have a signed Permission Slip turned in. 

    • Dress code information will be provided upon the purchase of a ticket and requires a student and parent signature indicating you all have reviewed Universal’s dress code and will adhere to the rules. (Students will not board the bus if they do not adhere to Universal and Pinellas County’s dress code policy.) 

    • We have reserved three buses and once the buses are filled, no more tickets will be sold.  

     

    SENIOR WEEK: 

    • Monday, April 28, 2026 through May 1st, 2026 

    • Thursday, April 30, 2026, during periods 1,3 Senior Breakfast and during periods 5 & 7 Activity Senior vs Teachers Basketball Game and Cap & Gown Distribution (if you are on track for graduation). 

    SENIOR BREAKFAST AND SENIOR T-SHIRTS: 

    • Thursday, April 30, 2026, in the GHS Cafeteria (7:30 – 9:30 am) 

    SENIOR PROM: 

    • Date:  Saturday, May 2nd 2026, from 7 – 11pm 

    • Location: USF Ballroom – St. Pete, Address:  200 6th Avenue South 

    • Ticket Cost:  $80
