     The goals for the Culinary program include students successfully completing the following challenges

    Culinary 1-SafeStaff Food Safety Training, required for all food service workers in Florida

    Culinary 2-National Restaurant Association Education Foundation ProStart Exam Level 1

    Culinary 3-ServSafe Food Safety Training, a national certification

    Culinary 4-National Restaurant Association Education Foundation ProStart Exam Level 2
