My name is Anne Caparaso and I am honored to be named the new Principal of Skycrest Elementary for the 2022-2023 school year. I have been in education for over 15 years and am excited to serve the Skycrest Community. I began my career teaching 2nd grade at Lithia Springs Elementary in Hillsborough County. In 2011, I was privileged to move into a district position as a Peer Evaluator and then an Instructional Mentor. I served many of the district elementary schools by offering teachers and administrators valuable feedback and professional development on instructional best practices. In 2017, my family moved to Pinellas County to enjoy the beautiful Florida beaches and waterways. I was named an Assistant Principal at Largo Middle IB World School, where I have proudly served for the last 4 ½ years.
I look forward to sharing my passion for education and my drive to help every student, at Skycrest Elementary, reach his/her greatest potential.
