• Make the world smile through the wag of a tail! Your love for animals and their care are enhanced with the Vet Science program. Work directly with small and large animals on our farm like cattle, goats, horses, pigs, rabbits and birds. You will learn to care for these animals by learning anatomy, disease prevention, surgical assisting and grooming. After your internship at a local animal hospital, you can earn your certification as a veterinary assistant with the Florida Veterinary Medical Association. Additionally, you can participate in the FFA and compete in events at the Florida State Fair.
