While at Tarpon Springs High, Mackenzie was enrolled in the Cambridge Program and was involved in the Key Club, Mu Alpha Theta and the National Honor Society. As a swimmer at Tarpon Springs High, Mackenzie’s accomplishments were staggering. They include the following:

Mackenzie Stumpf, a 2017 Tarpon Springs High School graduate, was honored recently by the School Board for her academic and athletic accomplishments.
- Two-time State Champion in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Breaststroke
- Two-time Pinellas County Swimmer of the Year
- Eight-time District Champion
- Seven-time Region Champion
- Broke the 2009 100 Breaststroke record (held by Olympian Melanie Margalis) during the 2016 Pinellas Aquatics Conference
- Qualified and participated in the 2016 Olympic Trials in the 100 and 200-meter Breaststroke in June, 2016
- Holds the Tarpon Springs High School record for the 200 Individual Medley and the 100 Breaststroke
- Received the USA Swimming Scholastic All American Award and the NISCA Coaches Swimming All American award twice
This fall, Mackenzie will attend Dartmouth College in New Hampshire.
