Each year, the district publishes “The Cross Creek Chronicle,” which features a collection of stories written by Pinellas elementary school students.
The book also features columns and stories by adults. This year's guest writer is NPR's TV critic Eric Deggans.
Student works are selected from submissions throughout the district. A celebration for the writers took place May 15 at the Palladium Theater.
