A Lunch Pals Summit was held on Jan. 8, 2019 at Raymond James Financial where Lunch Pals mentors could focus on personal and professional development. The summit’s topic was “Being Your Best Mentor.” At the summit, Lunch Pals mentors were challenged to invite a guest. If they did, they were given the opportunity to win a $100 classroom donation for their mentee’s teacher.
The winners were from Anona, Campbell Park, Lynch, Maximo, Melrose, Mount Vernon, Seminole, and Sexton elementary; Meadowlawn, Oak Grove and Tarpon Springs middle schools; and Countryside High School. In total, $2,100 was distributed.
