District expands new customer service tool

Let's Talk customer service tool: Do you have questions

Pinellas County Schools wants to stay connected to families and community members. That’s why we have expanded our new customer service tool called Let’s Talk! Now you can directly access most district-based departments using Let's Talk!

You can submit a question, comment, concern or compliment 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To start a conversation, visit our district website and click the "Contact Us" link.

Please note: We are not using Let’s Talk! to address safety concerns. Any safety concern or emergency should be reported by calling 911 or submitting a tip to the Sandy Hook Promise Anonymous Reporting System or Fortify Florida.

We are excited to expand Let’s Talk! so that we can better support families and monitor the quality of our service.
