The Pinellas Education Foundation is accepting applications for the 2020-2021 Walker’s Rising Stars Scholarship Competition. During the yearlong initiative, students hone their audition and portfolio skills while competing for scholarships. The casting call is for high school juniors and seniors in the following categories: Dance, Instrumental, Theater, Visual Arts and Vocal Performance. The deadline to apply is Oct. 16, 2020 at 5 p.m.
