March 30, 2021

Summer Art Camps Collage

Pinellas County Schools will offer three Summer Art Camp options for district students who are currently in grades 3-11.

Each camp lasts four days and runs from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Camp options include:

  • Visual Arts Camps, which focus on artwork using more "traditional media," such as drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture and mixed media.
  • Digital Arts Camps, which focus exclusively on the use of digital media tools and the latest creation software for digital drawing and painting, photography, editing, collage, sequential art making, and stop-motion animation and/or films.
  • Virtual Arts Camps, which give students opportunities to learn online and produce artwork at home. Students will explore drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, mixed media and/or digital art.

Elementary School Arts Camps are for students who will attend 4th or 5th grades next school year. Middle School Arts Camps are for students who will attend grades 6-8 next school year. High School Arts Camps are for students who will attend grades 9-12 next school year.

Free art camps are possible thanks to funding from the Pinellas County Schools Referendum!
