Countryside High School swimmers Summer Cardwell and Andrew Taylor recently won state championships in the Florida High School Athletic Association 3A State Swimming and Diving meet.
Summer, a junior, won both the 200 Freestyle and 100 Butterfly races. In both events she recorded a new school record.
Andrew, a junior, won the 200 Individual Medley and the 500 Freestyle races. He recorded a new school record in the 500 freestyle race.
