Pinellas County Schools offers a prekindergarten program for 3-year-olds and a free Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) program for 4-year-olds for three hours a day. The application period for Pre-K for 3-year-olds and VPK is Jan. 18-31.
During the application period, families can apply online for programs next school year at reservation.pcsb.org. Parents will need to log back into the district’s Student Reservation System March 1-11 to accept an invitation.
The school district will be providng a Facebook Live/YouTube Live session to help families with application process.
The ABCs of PreK: Enrolling in Prekindergarten For 3 and 4 Year Olds

VPK is for children who will be 4 years old by Sept. 1, 2022. Parents interested in VPK also need a Certificate of Eligibility (voucher) from the Early Learning Coalition.
