Hundreds of students and their families attended the ESE Career, Life & College Fair on Saturday.

The event, which took place at the St. Petersburg College Clearwater Campus, was for students in grades 6-12 and students in our Extended Transition programs.

Representatives from more than 30 organizations and community partners were on hand to provide resources and information to help families plan for the future. The free event provided information about career training, employment opportunities, financial aid, college, community resources, supported living and more. For middle school students, the event helped families get ready for high school, explore careers and navigate community resources. For high school students, the fair helped families explore career and educational opportunities and prepare for life after high school.

We are planning another ESE Career, College & Life Fair in the fall. If you have questions about the fair, please contact Liz NeSmith at NeSmithJ@pcsb.org or Katia Roussos at RoussosK@pcsb.org or 727-588-5125. For info, visit www.pcsb.org/esefair.
