PCS scholar athlete soars on land, sea and air
Sept. 8, 2023
For Palm Harbor High School senior Olivia Krempp, staying organized is key to managing her multitude of academic, athletic and extracurricular interests.
Not only is Krempp a successful varsity swimmer and basketball player for Palm Harbor, but she's also an IB student, a four-year principal violinist, a member of several honor societies, and most recently, a professional pilot.
"It's all about knowing what you want to do and prioritizing those things to make everything happen," Kempp said. "I am passionate about a lot of things."
Upon graduation in May, Krempp plans to attend either the Air Force academy or Naval academy to major in aeronautical engineering. She began the pursuit of her pilot's license her sophomore year, following in her father and grandfather's footsteps.
"In 10 years, I hope to be a commissioned officer in either the Air Force or the Navy as a pilot," Krempp said.
Congratulations to Olivia on being this month's Pinellas County Schools Grades & Grit student-athlete!
