Middle and high school students from 15 Pinellas County schools took part in MacDill STEM Day last week.
The event, which took place at MacDill Air Force Base, was designed to spark curiosity, foster creativity, and inspire the next generation of innovators, scientists, and engineers.
MacDill Air Force Base STEM Day featured a wide variety of career fields and interactive STEM-career learning experiences.
Students had a great time meeting pilots, touring aircraft, and visiting robotics, engineering and other STEM displays.
