Applications for Pinellas County Schools Summer Camps open Wednesday, Feb. 19
Feb. 17, 2025
Families can apply for PCS Summer Camps from Feb. 19-March 9.
Choose from more than 50 summer camp offerings, ranging from STEM to the arts to career exploration.
The school district is expanding camp opportunities and providing options for students to attend in June and July. Camps will have a cost of $75 per session or a rate of $25 per session for students eligible for free- or reduced-price meals.
Some of the many options include robotics, mural painting, performing arts, AI comics, sewing and Italian cooking.
During your summer planning, please note that there will be changes to Summer Bridge eligibility:
- Elementary Summer Bridge is only for students who have shown a demonstrated need for extra support in reading based on state reading criteria.
- Middle school Summer Bridge is only for students who need to recover credits.
Schools are reaching out to families to let them know if their children are eligible for this year’s Summer Bridge program. Summer Bridge registration opens after Spring Break.
Summer Camp space is limited. Please apply for Summer Camps when applications open from Feb. 19 through March 9.
Acceptance and payment are required to secure your child’s seat:
- If you apply, you will need to log back into the Student Reservation System from April 1-April 15 to check your child's acceptance status.
- Once you accept a camp seat, you will be prompted to pay the registration fee.
- Payment will confirm your child's enrollment in selected camps.
Please note: Pinellas County Schools Summer Camps are for currently enrolled Pinellas County Schools students. Charter and private school students are not eligible to participate.
