Pinellas County Schools celebrates Teacher Appreciation Week

Pinellas County Schools joins the national celebration of teachers throughout Teacher Appreciation Week. The school district employs more than 6,600 instructional staff who are making a positive impact on students inside and out of the classroom each day. The district’s greatest successes can be attributed to quality educators.
 
 

PCS Board Chair Laura Hine recognizes Christian Harrington, an outstanding Oak Grove Middle School civics teacher. Mr. Harrington's dedication to civic education and his ability to inspire students to become informed, engaged citizens have left a powerful mark on the school and community.
