School-based clinics offer Back to School health services

The Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County is offering Back to School clinics for Pinellas County students in grades K-12. Please note that clinics are not offered for Pre-K students.
Parents/legal guardians must bring their child’s immunization and medical records and be present for services. Download School-Based Health Services Forms.
Free vision screening and (for clients who qualify) assistance will be provided for glasses and exams by Preserve Vision Florida at select locations.

Back to School Clinic Locations:
- Boca Ciega High School Clinic, 924 58th St. S., Gulfport
- Gibbs High School Clinic, 850 34th St. S., St. Petersburg
- Pinellas Park High School Clinic, 6305 118th Ave. N., Largo
- Largo High School Clinic, 410 Missouri Ave., Largo
The following services are included at no cost for clients in need:
- School/sport physicals. Bring vaccine and medical records.
- Vision/ Hearing screenings
- Immunizations - Bring vaccine and medical records
Basic dental services include oral health assessments, oral hygiene instructions, dental sealants, fluoride treatments, and dental referrals. Free services will be provided at select locations.
