Prime Mailbox Women in STEM Scholarship
Technology has come to impact almost every facet of our lives. It has become a driver for innovation and unlocked so many new career paths. Unfortunately a significant gender gap persists.
While women make up almost 50% of the labor market, they hold only 28% of STEM jobs. Minority women are even less represented in STEM, making up just 1 out of every 20 scientist and engineer jobs.
Prime Mailboxes is hoping to inspire more young women to consider a STEM career. The Prime Mailbox Women in STEM Scholarship will award $675 to female students who are passionate about science, technology, engineering, or math.

Pinellas County School Counselor Association Scholarship
Eligibility & General Guidelines:
• Student must be a senior in a Pinellas County high school.

College Board Opportunity Scholarships for c/o 2022
The College Board Opportunity Scholarships program is now open for class of 2022 students. It guides students step by step through the college planning process. Woodson Warrior Scholarship
The Dr. Carter G. Woodson African American Museum in partnership with artist Jane Bunker are excited to offer an extraordinary opportunity for African American high school seniors. An application process has opened for college bound students who are residents of St. Petersburg to apply for scholarship funding.
Since 2018 we are proud to have supported 17 Pinellas County scholars with more than $80k in funding.If you are an African American, 2021 graduating senior, planning to attend college, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0, you are eligible to apply for a Woodson Warriors Scholarship. In addition, a new scholarship has been created for an art enthusiast with a focus in glass making. Ernest J. Freeman Jr. Memorial Scholarship
Gulf Beach Masonic Lodge No. 291 is offering a $2,000.00 scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from either Boca Ciega, Dixie Hollins, Gibbs, Lakewood, Largo, Northeast, Pinellas Park, Osceola, St. Petersburg, or Seminole High Schools. They must demonstrate high academic achievement, as well as active volunteer service to the community.
Students must plan to enroll in a regionally accredited two or four-year college, university, or technical trade school. There is no requirement for Masonic affiliation and the scholarship is awarded without regard to race, color, creed, gender or religious preference. The student receiving the scholarship must show proof of enrollment. This proof must be in writing from the academic institution and submitted to Gulf Beach Masonic Lodge before receiving the scholarship.

Sallie Mae Bridging the Dream Scholarship Program
Sallie Mae® will again award college scholarships to high school juniors and seniors through its annual Bridging the Dream Scholarship Program. While the benefits and value of a higher education have never been greater, access is uneven, and far too many first-generation, low-income, and minority students face obstacles in reaching and completing college.
To help meet the needs of those students, The Sallie Mae Fund, the charitable arm of Sallie Mae®, has partnered with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund to launch a new scholarship program. The Sallie Mae Fund Bridging the Dream Scholarship Program will provide $1 million a year over the next three years to help students access and complete post-secondary education.

American Muslim Alliance of Florida – Scholarship 2020
The American Muslim Alliance of Florida Inc. will be awarding a total of $15,000 in scholarships to twenty-five students in support of Florida High School Senior students in pursuit of a college education. The top 5 students will each receive a scholarship in the amount of $1000. In addition, 20 students will each receive a scholarship in the amount of $500.
Applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify:
The applicant must be graduating from a public, private, or home school within the state of Florida and entering college as a full-time student.
- Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, and attach official copies of school transcripts.
- Applicants must provide two letters of recommendation from teachers of core subjects. Please limit letters of recommendation to one page for each recommendation.

- Applicant must compose and type a one-page, single-spaced essay stating why you should be awarded a scholarship, and why you plan to further your studies at a college or university.
