Dual Enrollment (DE) is a part-time program whereby students attend college courses at SPC or at their high school to earn credits toward fulfilling high school graduation requirements, while earning credits toward a college degree.-
PERT - Make a Testing Appointment
- Have your 7 digit SPC Student ID number ready (this is NOT your Pinellas County School ID number).
- If you don't have one, apply to SPC using the High School Programs Student option.

2026 EARLY COLLEGE APPLICATION TIMELINE
- Application Opens: November 3, 2025
- Priority Application Deadline: 11:59 PM, January 10, 2026
- Priority Invitations Sent: Week of January 26, 2026
- Final Application Deadline: 11:59 PM, February 10, 2026
- Final Invitations Sent: Week of February 16, 2026
ECP Priority Deadline: January 10
ECP Final Deadline: February 10Early College (ECP) is a full-time program whereby students spend their junior and senior years attending all classes at SPC campuses to work toward simultaneously obtaining a high school diploma from their assigned school and an Associate in Arts degree from SPC.

- You MUST upload a PDF copy of your test scores to the application for it to be considered complete.
- The application cannot be saved. Be sure to have your scores ready before you begin the application.
Please note that in order to be eligible for Early College, students must complete the following courses:
- Geometry
- Biology
- World History
- Personal Financial Literacy
- HOPE
