TEMPORARY DUAL ENROLLMENT PLACEMENT INFORMATION:
Per the Florida Department of Education, administration of the Postsecondary Education Readiness Test (PERT) is suspended due to the fact that it is not presently available to all students. In the absence of PERT, SAT and ACT administration, Pinellas County Schools and St. Petersburg College selected the option to use the PSAT/NMSQT for placement into dual enrollment classes. Students who wish to take dual enrollment classes at SPC may use existing PSAT/NMSQT scores to qualify for the courses with a minimum score requirement, which are inlcuded in the Approved Course List (see link below) - the PSAT/NMSQT minimum scores are the same as the SAT minimum scores. For courses that lack a minimum score requirement, students must still have a minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA.
