    Good morning Chiefs,

Please see attached updates and information for the week of January 28, 2019. 6th grade parents, OMS will be hosting a Tdap immunization clinic at the school for your child to receive this immunization that is required to enter 7th grade.  The Pinellas County Health Department will be out at the school February 28th to administer this immunization and any other missing immunizations your child may have.

A consent form will be sent home with your child, you may print one off from the attachment in this newsletter, or off our school website. Consent forms must be returned to OMS by February 8th in order to process paperwork in advance of the immunization date.  We thank you for your assistance in this matter as any student who does not have the Tdap on the first day of 7th grade will not be allowed to enter school until this immunization has been received.

8th Grade Parents, please see the Advanced Coursework Flyer for an important opportunity for you to attend an upcoming event to learn more about the variety of advanced academic options available to students in Pinellas County high schools and how those options lead to college credit at no cost to the student or their family.
