• DHHS-Cambridge Logo Why Cambridge at DHHS?

    • Dixie M. Hollins High School has met the rigorous certification process of the University of Cambridge in order to offer this program.  Accompanied with the innovative teaching practices of our staff and arts integration, students are prepared for success at the collegiate level.   Any student who is planning to attend a four-year university directly after high school will benefit from studying this broad and balanced curriculum and the skills gained from it.

     

    • DHHS started the Cambridge Program in 2011. During June 2017 testing series, our overall AICE exam pass rate was 62%.  Since its inception at DHHS, the number of students taking and earning college credit has quadrupled. Cambridge student can leave DHHS with a maximum of 45 college credit hours, and many finish with enough coursework to complete their first full year of collegiate study.
