Current Year Special Assignment Request

  • IMPORTANT - You must currently be attending a school to apply for a Special Assignment Request or remain on the wait list.
     
    Once you are fully enrolled and have a parent account, you can apply for a Special Assignment Request via the link to the Student Reservation System found in the left-sided menu in the Focus Parent Portal (focus.pcsb.org).  Please note, you will not be able to access the Special Assignment Request link until all forms in the Focus Parent Portal have been completed.

    Special Assignment Requests are granted on a space-available basis throughout the school year. All such assignments are valid through the highest grade level. Bus transportation is not provided for granted Special Assignment Requests. Parents must arrange to get their child to and from school safely and on time.
     
      
    SARs can be made throughout the year and will be granted if and when space becomes available. If there are more requests than available seats, SARs are placed on a wait list in the order in which they are received.
