• Grad Bash 2025 

     

    The Senior Class of 2025 Universal Studios Orlando Grad Bash event is Friday, April 25th, 2025. Tickets are $207 which includes special early mix in admission to BOTH Universal theme parks from 4 pm to 2 am, taxes and coach bus transportation to Universal and back to the school.  

    Tickets will be on sale via the school website under the revtrak payment link from Feb, 7- Feb, 28th or when seats sell out. There are only 300 seats available for this event and over 500 seniors. 

    Students with special circumstances needing to pay in person should email Ms. Weaver at weavera@pcsb.org

     

    Once purchased, tickets are NON -REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. 

    BOTH of these printed, signed papers AND a printed copy of your ticket purchase receipt MUST be brought by the student in person to 4-117 to secure & select a bus and finalize your seat.

    **ALL three of the Required Grad Bash paperwork MUST be dropped in person to Ms. Weaver. DO NOT leave paperwork in the front office or email it** This includes early college AND dual enrollment students as well. Starting Feb. 11 Ms. Weaver is available from 6:45 -7:15 AM and from 2:05 – 3:30PM in 4-117 most days. Electronic paperwork sent via email or paperwork dropped in the front office or sent with another student will NOT be accepted and a seat will NOT be reserved and no refunds given.  

    • Once a student purchases a Grad Bash ticket, the ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason including, but not limited to conflict with work schedules, conflict with award programs or school related functions and events, failure to drop paperwork off at the correct location and time or administrative disciplinary action. 
    •  Students have until March 9th to bring the correct signed paperwork and printed receipt to Ms. Weaver in 4-117 (before or after school ONLY) to choose a bus assignment.  If you want to sit with your friends, be sure to arrive to the paperwork drop off as a group. No holding of bus seats.
    • Once a student selects a bus, no bus changes will be made. Students who do not turn in the correct paperwork in person, by the deadline will NOT be allowed to attend the event and NO REFUNDS will be issued. 

    Once the 300 tickets are sold, the online sale will close. If you have a special financial situation necessitating a payment plan, have an emergency after tickets have been sold or any other questions regarding this senior event, please see Ms. Weaver in 4-117 or email at weavera@pcsb.org.
