2014-15 Budget Documents
The Pinellas County School Board reviewed the district's proposed annual budget on July 29, 2014 at the First Public Hearing on Budget. The final public hearing on budget was September 9, 2014.
The School Board approved a total property tax rate of 7.841mills, which amounts to about 7.84 for each $1,000 of assessed property value. This rate is lower than the rate levied for the 2013-14 fiscal year. The property tax rate also includes the local referendum, a one-half mill tax that Pinellas County taxpayers voted to renew in 2008 and 2012, both times by large margins. For information about the local referendum, visit our special website: Referendum 411.
