Officer Vincent Pedulla started his law enforcement career in 2003, with the Kissimmee Police Department. This was the second career for him after 15 years as a graphic designer & computer animator. While serving as a patrol officer in the city of Kissimmee he established a passion for traffic and DUI enforcement and won the DUI Officer of the Year in 2006.
In 2006, Vincent Pedulla became a Deputy Sheriff with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, where he continued his focus on traffic and DUI enforcement there, becoming the leading patrol Officer for DUI arrests. In 2011 Officer Pedulla joined the Traffic Enforcement Unit as a member of the Aggressive Driving Unit. Officer Pedulla established himself as a leader in traffic enforcement, leading the agency in citations & traffic stops. In 2013, Officer Pedulla was assigned to the DUI Enforcement unit and became a leading resource for questions and information about Traffic and DUI enforcement with the agency. Officer Pedulla received several MADD awards and unit commendations.
Officer Pedulla has trained extensively in the detection, apprehension, and prosecution of impaired drivers. In 2014 he completed the Drug Recognition Expert School at IPTM and DUI Instructor School. He served as the senior DUI Deputy, leading the agency in DUI arrests, and was the training officer for new recruits for DUIs.
After a brief stint with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, Officer Pedulla joined to Pinellas County Schools Police to begin a new chapter in his career. Officer Pedulla has been married to his wife Michele for 32 years. Michele holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and is a professor and administrator with Regis University. Michele and Vincent have two daughters, Melisa & Catherine.
