If your badge is ready for pick up please call our office at (727) 547-7279 to confirm we have all required documentation needed in order to release your badge to you. If we have the required documentation we will schedule you a time for badge pick-up.

Thursday 07:30a.m. – 03:45p.m. – *Walk-Ins accepted
Friday 07:30a.m. – 03:45p.m. – *Walk-Ins accepted
*NOTE: If you show up without an appointment there may be a longer wait time or no one available to assist you. Also, walk-ins that do not have all required documentation will be turned away without your badge. We try very hard to accommodate all customers but incomplete/missing documents will prevent badge release.

Badges not picked up within 30 days will be destroyed and you’ll have to pay an additional fee to get a new badge produced.
