Dispatcher Cynthia Magness was raised in Largo and graduated from Seminole High School.
She attended St. Pete College and received an AA degree. She then earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Florida State University.
She was an operator / fire dispatcher at Pinellas County 911 from 1997 to 2011. In 2011, she began her employment at Pinellas County Schools Police.
