Most schools and athletic facilities are available for use by the community, as long as the use will not interfere with school activities. The facilities are available after school hours and on weekends.
* Anyone wishing to lease a district facility must agree to the Terms and Conditions.
* All lessees must have a commercial liability insurance policy in the amount of at least one million dollars.
LEASE REQUEST PROCESS
Anyone wishing to lease a district school or facility must contact the school directly and check availability of the school for the dates and times they would like to use the school. The school must give approval prior to a lease being completed. School phone numbers
Once you have spoken with the school and received approval for the lease you will need to complete the Lease Process Form. Once the Real Estate Department receives the form a lease will be prepared and emailed to you for review and approval.
For questions please contact Pinellas County School's Real Estate Department or call 727-547-7137.

Lessees will be charged according to the appropriate rental rates and based on the current Rate Sheet. School Administrators cannot waive fees or make any adjustments in the fee structures. Rates are reviewed on an annual basis and are subject to change.
