Pinellas County Schools recognizes and celebrates the contributions of our veterans. In observance of Veterans Day, schools across PCS are having special presentations and hearing from our community's veterans to learn about their experiences and appreciate their service. 

The theme for Veterans Day 2024 is “A Legacy of Loyalty and Service.”  Veterans are proud of their military service in defending our nation. Honor reflects the military value and tradition of answering the call to duty. There is distinct honor in serving to protect our way of life and the Constitution of the United States of America.

Veterans Day has become an important annual effort in Pinellas County Schools to recognize and celebrate the contributions of veterans. Many schools around the district have activities, assemblies and presentations to honor their veterans.
