Emergency Food Security Resources and Support

  • BREAKFAST: 

    All Pinellas County Schools offer Breakfast items for Free.  All students may have one breakfast meal at no charge, which consists of an entrée (i.e.: either a hot menu item choice, or: a bowl of cereal, or cereal bar, with toast); a fruit choice (canned, fresh fruit, 100% juice); and a choice of milk. (PreK meals may differ).

    Free Food Available in the Pinellas County Community:  

    The link below leads to restaurants and businesses that have free kids' meals (and a few that have free family meals) while SNAP benefits are on hold. Please note that many locations have stipulations attached to the free meal such as kids must be present or specific times for meals. 

     

    Other Financial Assistance and Relief Available to Families: 

    Many major businesses are currently offering temporary relief programs to help consumers manage expenses. These may include assistance with loans, car payments, cell phone bills, insurance, pet care, and more.
