Request to Change Learning Option
Please note: The second quarter begins October 27 for students.
Pinellas County Schools continues to make the health and wellness of our students and staff a priority and meets regularly with our Medical Advisory Group to ensure all decisions are made with the latest available medical data. As we begin the second quarter, our doctors continue to emphasize the importance of maintaining our mitigation strategies of wearing masks/face coverings and providing social distancing to the greatest extent possible within classrooms.
If you are pleased with your current learning option, no action is necessary.
If you would like to change your child’s learning option, please contact your school directly. If you have previously submitted a change request, but have not yet heard back from your school, please do not submit an additional request. Schools continue to reach out to families who submitted requests, and duplicate submissions will slow the process.
All decisions regarding requests to change a learning option will keep the health and wellness guidelines set forth in the district’s ReOpening Plan at the forefront.
