Cenergistic

  • Pinellas County Schools has taken a proactive step to reduce the amount of money the district spends on utilities by entering into a partnership with Cenergistic. For 29 years, Cenergistic has helped school districts and other educational organizations nationwide reduce energy consumption, which allows funds to stay in the classroom. Ultimately, the success of the energy program will enable the district to save jobs and other valuable programs.


    • This energy program does not require the district to increase its utility budget, purchase new energy equipment or upgrade existing equipment.
    • It is financially risk-free.
    • It will not impact the comfort of students or educators.
    • This is an organizational behavior-based energy program requires cooperation and participation.
    • This is not a short-term “green project.” It’s a comprehensive, rigorous and sustainable energy program to help the district save money for years to come.
     
     


    Energy Specialist
    Six Energy Specialists were hired to promote and ensure the overall implementation of the energy management program. The Energy Specialists are responsible for developing and monitoring the district’s energy management program for the purpose of reducing utility consumption.
