Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Records
-
Exceptional Student Education (ESE) student records are retained by the district for up to 7 fiscal years after graduation, transfer out of the program, refusal of admittance to the program, or withdrawal from the school district. These records may include, but are not limited to, Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Psychological Reports and Social Work Reports.
For parents or eligible students who wish to request a copy of records for CURRENT students who have graduated or withdrew from a Pinellas County high school WITHIN the PAST 5 YEARS, or elementary or middle school WITHIN the PAST 7 YEARS, they are retained at the last school attended. Please contact that school to request these records.
For former students who have graduated or withdrew from a Pinellas County high school MORE THAN 5 YEARS AGO, or elementary or middle school MORE THAN 7 YEARS AGO, please use the following link to request records: ScribOrder On-Line Payment System. After selecting this link, choose "Click here if you are a Former Student" and follow the prompts. We will process your request in the order received.
If you have questions about requesting copies of ESE records, contact Records Management.
