Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Records

Central Files maintains copies of Student Services and most Exceptional Student Education (ESE) student records for students active in Pinellas County public schools and for five years after withdrawal or graduation.These records include Individual Education Plans, Psychological Reports and Social Work Reports.
Parents or eligible students who wish to request a copy of these records for CURRENT students and those who graduated or withdrew from a Pinellas County high school WITHIN the PAST 3 YEARS, or elementary or middle school WITHIN the PAST 5 YEARS are retained at the last school attended. Please contact that school to request records.
For former students who (graduated or withdrew from a Pinellas County high school MORE THAN 3 YEARS AGO, or elementary or middle school MORE THAN 5 YEARS AGO), please use the following link to request records: ScribOrder On-Line Payment System. Select this link and then choose "Click here if you are a Former Student." Fill out the form, select an option for the delivery of your records, create an account, pay, and we will process your request in the order received.
NOTE: Florida Department of Health/Disability Determination contacts us directly for copies of ESE student records. These typically include Individual Education Plans, Psychological Reports and Social Work Reports.
