The Compensation Team is responsible for designing and administering pay programs that assists the Pinellas County School Board (PCSB) in attracting, retaining and motivating staff to achieve the District’s vision. The Compensation Team provides support for developing policies that govern employee pay, creating and maintaining job descriptions, and ensuring that PCSB pay practices and incentives are compliant with state and federal statutes.

CSE Digital Process Rollout Information for Contracted Services Employee Binder Preparers
The Compensation Team is proud to announce the roll out of a digital Contracted Services Employee (CSE) Binder process for current employees.
An online training course is available through PLN for secretary/bookkeepers or CSE Binder designees. Users will learn about this new process through a short, 15-minute, specially designed course offered by the Professional Education Department.
