Ready Test Go: Mindful Test Taking
The purpose of the event is to help students prepare for upcoming State Assessments in grades 6-12. Many topics will be covered, such as Mindfulness Techniques to Decrease Test Anxiety, Study Skills at Home, Day of Routine, Navigating the Test, and What To Do With Tricky Test Questions.
