Debra Canning
Debra Canning, 21st Century iClass Liaison, was named the 2017-18 Support Employee of the Year for Pinellas County Schools. The announcement was made today at a luncheon that honored all the semifinalists and finalists. Sponsored by Achieva Credit Union since 1994, the luncheon was held at Feather Sound Country Club.
Canning was selected from a group of 125 nominees that were in five categories: classroom support, clerical, food service, maintenance/safety/health/transportation and plant operations.
Each semifinalist received $100 check and a gift bag from Achieva Credit Union as well as a framed certificate. Each finalist received a $300 check, a banner, trophy, gift bag and a framed certificate.
