The co-enrollment form allows for a student to participate in their zoned school for Middle School Athletics and must be submitted annually.
- To determine your zoned school, please use this link: https://asd.pcsb.org/PubInfo/
- Co-enrollment forms do not guarantee a spot on the team, but allows the student to try-out for the sport at their zoned school only.
- The co-enrollment forms will be accepted 3 weeks prior to the start of a sport season up to one week into the season (see dates below).
- Cross Country: June 15th - August 22nd
- Volleyball: June 15th - August 22nd
- Basketball: September 15th - October 10th
- Track and Field: December 1st - January 16th
- Flag Football: February 8th - March 6th
- Once the form has been completed, please submit to pcsathletics@pcsb.org
- Students may not begin participating at a school until an approved co-enrollment form has been processed (**This includes try-outs)
