Posted by PreK-12 Visual Arts Department on 10/7/2025 1:30:00 PM

The Keep Pinellas Beautiful Youth Advisory Council is calling on all local 6th-12th graders to make and submit Florida native species-themed artwork! The council is hosting an art show, “Drawn to Nature”, as part of the annual KPB Holiday Open House on Friday, December 12th with a follow-up viewing for students and their families on Saturday, December 13th. Go to this link to view the flyer!

The purpose of this art show is for youth to learn more about our native species, promote environmental education through their artwork, and showcase student creativity while supporting KPB’s conservation efforts.

You may even be able to earn CAS hours or National Honors Art Society points for participating - check with your teacher!

To participate and learn all the rules, click on this link. We can't wait to see your Florida native species-themed art! Don't delay though - artwork is due by November 10th!
