Two (2) professional references are required to complete the application, including name, title, organization, work phone, home phone, and email address available. One must be from your current or most recent employer, all within the last 12 months. Volunteer work references are acceptable if you are not currently employed.
References cannot be from family, close friends, or co-workers. However, they can be from previous employers or community leaders, clergy, etc.
- Two letters of professional reference or you can request the reference forms be sent directly by our office when completing your online application. Simply check the appropriate box when completing the reference information on the application.
Required DocumentsIn order to complete the application process you will need to send the following documents to Human Resources in addition to completing and submitting the Online Application.
Please send these documents after application is completed and submitted to:
- Official transcripts from all universities and colleges attended
- Copies of all teaching certification or licenses
- Copies of all Florida certification test results
