Welcome to Pinellas County Schools' Applicant Registration ProcessAdministrative / Instructional Teacher / Support Staff / Instructional Substitute
As part of the process to be employed by Pinellas County Schools, it is required that you have a valid email address, a social security card, a current valid driver license or state-issued identification card, and meet the minimum qualifications of the position for which you are applying. You must be currently authorized to work in the United States.Please review the e-verifying poster below (Federal Law requires all employers to verify the identity and employment eligibility of all persons hired to work in the United States).

Prior to beginning the online application process, gathering the following items will help in completing the application.Personal Data:
Certification and license documentation
High School/GED information and Colleges/Universities attended, degree earned, major subject, and graduation date(s). Certification/License type, subject/endorsement, date of issue and expiration. Colleges/Universities attended along with their city, state, and dates of attendance.
Work Experience from high school graduation date to the present
Supply the name, city, state, immediate supervisor, phone number, and years employed.
Criminal History Documentation
Legal disclosures – incidents pertaining to criminal history
List of references
Two (2) professional references are required to complete the application, including name, title, organization, work phone, home phone, and email address available. One must be from your current or most recent employer, all within the last 12 months. Volunteer work references are acceptable if you are not currently employed.
References cannot be from family, close friends, or co-workers. However, they can be from previous employers or community leaders, clergy, etc.In order to complete the application process you will need to send the following documents, if applicable, to Human Resources in addition to completing and submitting the Online Application.- Official transcripts from all universities and colleges attended
