If you have a request (except for DCF requests) from the lists contained in the attached guide TWN Social Services Guide, you may submit your request to Personnel Records via the following methods:

Please ensure that you include on the request form: your full social security number and the fax number or mailing address where you would like the results sent to.
The Personnel Records team will fax these requests to TWN Social Services team to complete. There is a 10 - 15 business day processing time for these requests, from the time that TWN team receives it. However, some agencies may accept a verification of employment letter in lieu of waiting for the 10 - 15 business day processing time. If so, the employee or former employee may send an email to pcsrecordsrequest@pcsb.org requesting instructions on how to obtain an automated verification of employment letter.
Please note, employees who are scheduled to return to work for the upcoming school year are considered to be Active employees, whether or not they are scheduled to work during the summer. This applies to 9, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, and 12 month employees; as well as substitute, and contracted employees.
