Please see the attached notice at the bottom of this page. It contains the DCF Call Center phone number, along with the contact information for TWN which you may wish to provide to your DCF case worker through your Access Florida account, in person, or by asking the DCF Call Center representative to make a note of this information on your Access Florida account.

After speaking with several DCF staff members it was agreed that it would be in your best interest to provide your case workers with copies of the following documents:

    • Paystubs for the past four weeks
    • Salary Information Page highlighting the number of months worked
    • The 2023-2024 Staff Calendar highlighting the employee's last day of work for the school year
    • The 2024-2025 Staff Calendar highlighting the employee's projected first day of work for the upcoming school year
    • The applicable page (based upon pay type) of the 2023-2024 Payroll Calendar highlighting the date of the employee's last paycheck for the school year

You can upload or attach all of these documents directly to your Access Florida account, or you can print out the documents and bring them directly to the DCF office and give them to your case worker.

For instructions on how to access the above referenced documents, please select Proof of Employment and Income Documents.

Please note, employees who are scheduled to return to work for the upcoming school year are considered to be Active employees, whether or not they are scheduled to work during the summer. This applies to 9, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, and 12 month employees; as well as substitute, and contracted employees.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
