Ed Leadership - FELE Updates

The FLDOE has updated and revised the Florida Educational Leadership Exam (FELE) to align with the updated Ed Leadership standards that went into effect November 2022.

The current version of the FELE will no longer be administered after December 31, 2025. Teachers who are currently working toward Ed Leadership certification will need to pass all sections of the current version of the exam by the end of the calendar year.

Starting January 1, 2026, the FELE 4.0 will need to be taken, and passed, in its entirety to meet the Ed Leadership certification requirements.
