• FL DOE Application Types

The Florida Department of Education provides helpful “Applicant How-To Videos” with transcripts to support you in filling out the appropriate application steps.  This page is a quick breakdown of common applications, and for which purpose you might use them.

In ALL cases, you will need to login to the Online Licensing Service.  Do NOT create a new account if you have lost your login information. If you have difficulties, email flcertify@fldoe.org with a screenshot and your full name, DOE file number, and date of birth—plus the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

All applications require payment.  If you are still unsure about the correct application, email certification@pcsb.org before proceeding.
