    FLEX Plan:
    Your Benefits and Wellness Program includes a FLEX Plan option (IRS Section 125 Cafeteria plan) that offers you beneficial tax advantages, enabling you to lower your annual tax liability and increase your take-home pay.  

    To change your benefit elections, you must submit an enrollment & change form along with supporting documentation to Risk Management within 31 days of the qualified change in status. Please contact us at

    Life Events/Changing Your Insurance:

    Life changes. People get married, have babies, get divorced or leaving PCS and may need to change their benefit elections during the year. If you experience a life event, you may request a change in your elections within 31 days of the date of the life event.
