  • Free Classes to Quit Smoking

    Free 6 week classes are now available throughout the county for any PCS employee, spouse or adult family member!

    Any PCS employee, spouse, or family member (18 yrs or older) who is ready to quit tobacco, can receive the tools and support needed to quit smoking for good.

    What's in it for you?

    FREE multi-session classes are available.

    The multi-session program meets weekly and will provide you with the valuable tools you need to help you quit tobacco. These include:

    • Preparing to quit your use of tobacco
    • Learning strategies and skills to quit and remain tobacco-free
    • Having the opportunity to share you experience with other in a friendly, respectful and supportive group setting
    • Four FREE weeks of patches, gum, or lozenges while supplied last

    January - February 2019 Multi-session Classes

    FREE two hour single-session classes are available. 

    The single-session program will provide you with the valuable tools you need to help you quit tobacco. These include: how to prepare a plan that works for you, specific ways to deal with cravings, what physical and emotional symptoms to expect and how to cope with them effectively, as well as four FREE weeks of patches, gum or lozenges while supplies last.
